Notes: |
Hail stones on the ground (not hail pad) were approx 10" apart after the storm. Porch light fixture was broken on the west side of the house (bulb was still intact) and a window screen on the west side of the house was ruined. There was golf ball size or larger hail in Hays as well, which is 3 1/4 mi. west and 7-9 miles south of our house, which indicates widespread hail with this storm. I am surprised no other reporters posted a comment about hail. |
